Flowers on parts of plants have died off but the rest look fine. Possibly the bad weather casusing this?
Lavateria hedge looks as if it has been sprayed with weedkiller in parts.?
More than likely it is the weather. Mine looks like it is dying from the bottom upwards! Any that I have seen around all look pretty pathetic! Prune back the bad bits.
