What kind of flower can I plant?

I live in the Mid Ohio Valley which I believe is zone 6. What kind of perennial plants can I plant in part shade that only gets about 2 hours of morning sun. I want a plant that is low mound that will flower most of the summer. Something that is only about a foot tall. I want a perennial plant so I don't have to plant every year. I need something that will bloom all summer. I will need several plants. Any ideas or am I out of luck?

Thanks

arrowhead ferns hate too much sun. nice fern also cold tollerant. can eventually grow to 3 feet, but will stay mainly a ground cover.

also dwarf bamboo is evergreen and wont grow over 2 feet. cold tolerant as well
Reply:Stella d'ora day lilly likes more light than that but will do ok in shade most of the day as long as it is not real deep shade. The plant has long narrow leaves, gets 12"-18" tall, stays in a mound, gets yellow flowers from June through October. I am in zone 5 and started with 6 plants I have divided and divided and have so many I have tried them everywhere and have not found a place they haven't survived.
Reply:Yellow corydalis
